**Objects:** TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN ATTENDING PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN THE REPUBLIC OF GUYANA.

**Activities:** Fund-raising events, such as Dinner Dances, Variety Shows, BBQs, Dances, where people make donations in one way or another, could be providing food or making a monetary donation.  In addition we sponsor gap year students going to Guyana to teach.  We also aim to sponsor students in Guyana to pursue their educational goals.
