|||In November<br>2022, the Group attended<br>the church fora Remembrance|
|---|---|---|
|||service. Children<br>marched<br>from the gardens<br>in Aylesford<br>village up tothe|
|||church, led by flagbearers.<br>They were also invited to read a poem or|
|||passage before everyone went outside to observe the two-minute|
|||silence.|
|||Our members<br>enjoyed a variety ofcamps and activities this year within|
|||their sections. They also took part in 'Quest8' which was a district run|
|||event during the Early May Bank Holiday weekend,<br>with over 550 young|
|||people in attendance.<br>This was a great success, and incorporated<br>all|
|||sections; Squirrels attended<br>during the day, whilst Beavers, Cubs and|
|||Scouts camped<br>overnight,<br>ranging<br>from 1to 3nights.|

They also went off-site on the Sunday to Mote Park, and spent<br>a whole morning<br>taking part in water sports. During the evenings, there<br>was a campfire<br>with songs, movie night and a silent disco.|
