The management of the Charity is the responsibility of the TNslees who are elected and co-opted under the temis of the
Trust deed.
The Trustees have 8dopted the following policies and proc¢dures for Ihe induction and iraining of new Th1stee5'.
l. There should be no les5 than three tru5t¢¢5.
2. Pr(>speciive Trust¢C5 need to be recomtn¢nded by the ¢xi5ting Trustees and be over th¢ age of eight¢¢n and not be
ineligible to act.
3. The Charity will provide sufficient training assistance to enable a TnLStee to be well infomied, conversant with current
legislation, up to date with ¢vcnts affecting thc Charity and its obj¢ctives.
The tTU5tees ar¢ based throughout th¢ United Kingdom. The Trustees will di5CU5s various matters through the year whi¢h
