The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
For the year ended 31[st] July 2023 the company was entitled to exemption under Section 477(2) of the Companies Act 2006.
These accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies’ subject to the small companies’ regime.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and preparation of accounts.
The financial statements were approved and signed by the director on 8th August 2023.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all the staff, particularly in a challenging year, but as always you have risen to these challenges amazingly. Thank you also to the committee for everything you have done to support pre-school with fundraising this year. Thank you to those members leaving us and a warm welcome to our incoming committee.
