The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
For the year ended July 2020 the company was entitled to exemption under Section 477(2) of the Companies Act 2006.
These accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and preparation of accounts.
The financial statements were approved and signed by the director on 4th August 2020.

Chair persons Report:
It would be very easy to focus on Covid-19 and the unsteady end to the year but I refuse to let this overshadow the awesome year we have had. This is the team’s first full year of working together and it has been a phenomenal year. The level of progression that has been made to where we were last year is something to be proud of. The curiosity approach has really united the team and helped us work towards a goal and I look forward to seeing it through into the next year. Tracy, Catherine jade and Jane have all been a pleasure to work with, or I wouldn't still be sat here, and I'm sure I don't need to tell everyone that behind the scenes they are all consistently working really hard. Can I thank the committee members who are leaving...me and Chrissie have experienced the transition to the new team together and we have made a solid chair /vice role, rotating on many occasions, so seems only fitting she is sat here tonight reading this! Can I also thank all the committee members who have helped with the events and newsletters and funding ideas this year and hopefully look forward to working with you next year, in a less active role! I really appreciate the time and commitment you have given especially as I know we all have busy lives.
Seeing all the pre-schools and nurseries having to close due to Covid-19 really highlights what a special pre-school we have and it’s something we should all be proud of, so thank you all for your hard work.
