**Activities:** Supporting marginalised communities of North Manchester to be socially connected, remain healthy & independent by providng meaningful activities promoting well-being, reducing loneliness & social isolation. Raising awareness of people affected by Dementia with specific promoting dementia friendly communities. Volunteering opportunities to local people gain skills for employment
