ccordan¢¢ wtth the requiremellts of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act'},
I r¢port in Te8pect of my examination of th¢ Whalley Pre-school's a¢¢ounts ¢aTried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrying out my ¢xamination I have followed all th¢ applicable directions given by the Charity
Commi8sion under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
