## **St. Charles Catholic Pre-School Report of the Trustees** **The trustees are pleases to present their report and the accounts for the year ending 31[st] July 2021.** ## **Status** **St. Charles Catholic Pre-School is a registered charity, charity number 1024547. The charity trustess during the year to 31[st] July 2021 were:** **Chair Person: Miss Laura O’Neill Trustee – Mrs Gillian Ball Trustee – Mrs Danusia Morley Trustee – Mr Adam Ankcorn** **As of October 2021, the Chair Person has changed to Ms Alexandria Ryan.** ## **Objective** **The objective of the charity is to enhance the development and education of children under statutory school age.** ## **Review of the year** **The charity actively enhances the development and education of children by following guidance issued by OFSTED. During the year the children visited local places of interest and participated in various themed activities.** **The progress of the charity is also monitored regularly by The Committee, staff and management team.** **The charity is enhanced by numerous fundraising events, usually setup and arranged by The Committee.** **The charity has spent large sums of money throughout the year to further enhance the setting, especially the outdoor play area, which now offers even more useable and enjoyable space for the children post-Covid to continue their learning in all weathers, indoors and outdoors.** **Approved on behalf of the Trustees: Name: Alex Ryan** **Signature:** **Date: 30/05/2022** ## **ST CHARLES R.C.
