Herts aid offers information and support to anyone infected or affected with HIV and AIDS, in and around Hertfordshire. We provide a range of services including support groups, outreach and education, complimentary therapies , hardship grants and referrals to other agencies for support with immigration, benefits and housing.
Objects: A) For The Relief Of Sickness And In Particular Of Persons Suffering Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) Infection, Illness And Related Conditions Caused By HIV Or Other Causative Agents, And Their Relatives, Dependants And Other People Affected Thereby In Particular By The Provision Of Counselling And Advice B) To Advance The Education Of The Public And To Promote Research In All Matters Associated With The Effects Of The HIV Infection And AIDS And The Prevention Thereof And To Disseminate The Useful Results Of Such Research C) To Provide General Support And Education In Regards To Sexual Health Which May Include Facilitating And The Provision Of Testing Screening Advice And Information Around Sexually Transmitted Infections And Pregnancy
