The trustees present their report for the year ended 31 March 2025.
STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES. RESPONSIBILITIES
The trustees are required to prepare accounts for each financial year. As the income is below £250.000. the
trustees have prepared receipts and payments accounts as perniitted by the R¢gulations.
The trustees are responsible for..
the financiaI position of the charity. and
safebiuarding the assets of th¢ charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for prevention and detection
of fraud and other irregularities.
LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE
The charity is sov¢rned by its own constitution adopted 19 July 1993 ay ainended on 2.1 July ?020 (Charity
Number l 174871). New trustees aptx)inted by the existing trustees.
PIIBLIC BENEFIT
The trustees have had due reb?ard to the guidance Issued by the Charity Commission on ihe subject of public
benefii. Their conclusion is that the charity is fully complianl in this respect.. autism can affect all elements of
society i￿espectIve of ethnic oribyins. religion, incoine levels and all other ¢ate8ories into which members of
the public may lall. The ¢ar¢ and welf￿'c a￿an&￿eMentS that the charity facilities are available to anyone who
needs ihein.

To promote the care. welfare and relief of ￿Ople with autism and people havi ng autistic or related features.

Shop has been sold. PRO Autism are seeking to purchase a further pro￿rtY when sufficient funds for
purchasing and refurbishing are accrued.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Pro AutTrsm Parents Relatives and Others
for Autism ("the charity ') for the year ending 31 March 2025.
Reswnsibilities and basis of report
As the trustees of the charity, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with thc requircments of the Charities Act 2011 ('thc Act.).
report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by
the Charity Commission under section 149.5)(b} of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirni that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examinalion giving me cause to believe that in any material respecl:
accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trusl as required by section 130 of the Act.

the accounts do not accord with those records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.
