It is my resp)nsibiltty to Examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 A To follow the procedures laid dowm in the general directions given by the charity commission under s¢clion 145(5) of the 2011 Act State whether warticular matters have come lo my attention My examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions ￿Ven by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting re￿rdS kept by th¢ charity and a comparison of accounls presented within those records. It also includes consideration of any wiusual items of disclosu￿ in Ihe a￿oUnts and seeking explanaiions from you a trustee concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do nol provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view, and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement FKIOW. In connection with my examination, no matters have come to my attention". This gives me reasonable cause to believe ihat all material respects the requirements below.. The children have enjoyed seasonal activities arranged for Easter and Christmas. At this year’s Christmas party we were able to provide food for the children donated by the staff. There was a good attendance for our annual Easter bonnet parade and parents kindly donated eggs for the Easter raffle. The raffle made £134. As well as raising funds through the sponsored egg hunt our second hand toys and household goods sale in the foyer continues to prove successful with parents donating items to sell. We had 22 children on the books and 9 have left to begin school. We held a pre-school graduation party for the pre-school leavers. Each child was presented with their learning journey, a framed graduation photograph and a graduation certificate. The committee would like to thank the staff for donating the snacks and stationery in order to keep the running costs down. We would also like to thank the staff for fully funding the graduation party which included the gifts each child received. Staff suggested cutting costs by not being paid for setting up and packing away before and after the session.
