Charitable Activities

This Report covers the period from 1[st] December, 2023 to 30th November, 2024. The Show is traditionally held on the second Wednesday of August.

Achievements

The Trustees would like to thank the volunteers who helped to make the Annual Show such a success. These include field stewards, gate stewards, car parking stewards by Eglwyswrw YFC, assistance by Fishguard Sea Cadets, organisers of the animal, horse riding, dog, vintage vehicle and horticultural competitions

Financial Activities and Affairs

The Trustees are satisfied with the Financial Results for the period 1st December 2023 to 30th November 2024 with a profit of £8,337-16. The profit was much improved on previous years due to a great effort by the Committee and favourable weather conditions.

THE WELL-BEING OF FUTURE GENERATIONS .

The trustees are aware of the aging element of committee members and have been encouraged with the new younger members to the committee willing to take on responsibility.
