**Objects:** TO RELIEVE ELDERLY PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY ELDERLY FROM THE AFRO-CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WALTHAM FOREST AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY ADVANCING EDUCATION AND PROVIDING RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE .

**Activities:** Providing social, recreational and educational activities. Daily and weekend trips. Talks on healthy living full days or half days. Armchair exercises on a weekly basis.  Assist members in completing various forms eg. transport. Guest speakers on various topics.
