**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT HEALTH AMONG PERSONS SUFFERING FROM HEART DISEASE AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN HEART DISEASE, ITS CAUSES, TREATMENT AND IMPLICATIONS.

**Activities:** Take Heart was established to help relieve sickness and protect health among persons suffering from heart disease and to promote the advancement of education in heart disease, its causes and implications.  In particular it promotes the welfare and care of cardiac patients at home and in hospital and provides social and personal contact with people who share and understand a patient's needs.
