31 Dec 2025The financial statements have been prepared In accordanc8 with the accounting
policles set out on page 7 and comply with the charitys trust deed and applicable law.
Trustees
The trustees named on page 1 have served Ihroughout the year. Appointment of tnjstees is govemed
by the Trust Deed of the charity- The Board of tNstees is aulhorised to appoint new trustees to fill
vacancies arislng through reslgnatlon or death of an exlstlng trust&e.
Investments powers
The Trust Deed aulhorlses the trustees to make and hold investments using the general funds of the
charlty. but no such Investm8nts are pres8nlly held.

The prlnclpal activity of the organlzatlon was that of providlng advancement of Christian faith

The trusteos conslder that the p8rforniance of the charity thls year has been most satlsfactory and
the average number of members has increased once again this year.

The Irustees actively r8v18W the major rlsk whlch the charlty faces on a regular basls and belleve
that malntalning r6s8Nes at current levels, comblned wlth an annual revlew of the controls over kgy
flnanclal systems, will provide sufficient resources In the 8vent of adverse conditlons. The
trustees have also examlned other operational and busin8ss risks faced by the charity and confirm
that they have eslablishgd systems to mltlgate the slgnlflcant risks.

Future Developments
The charity's activities has increased during the year under review.
The trustees are seeking to extend the charity's activities and are pursuing a number of
activities to enable this to happan
Res8rve policy
It is the policy of the charity to maintain unrestricted funds at a level which provides sufficient
funds to cover management and administration and support costs. Unrestricted funds are
maintained at least at this level throughout the year.

Law applicable to charities in England Wales requires the trustees to prepare financial stat8m8nts
for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the charity's financial activities durlng
the year and of its financial position at the end of the year. In preparing those flnanclal statements,
the trustees are required to:
a) Select suitable accounting policies and apply them consist8ntly'
b) make judgments and estlmates that are reasonable and prudent.
c) state whether applicable accounting standards and statements of recommended practlce have
been followed, subject to any departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements.,
d) prepare the fin8nclal statements on a golng concern basis unless it is Inappropriate to presume
that th8 charity WIIS continue in operation.
Tha trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records which disclose with reasonable
accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the
flnanclal statements comply with the charitles Act 2011 They are also responsible for
safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the preventlon and
detection of fraud and other irregularities.
