**Objects:** (A) THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS OCCASIONED BY AUTISM AND RELATED CONDITIONS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE TO THEIR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS CONCERNING THE CARE OF SUCH CHILDREN AND BY THE PROVISION OF SUCH SERVICES AS SHALL RELIEVE OR ALLEVIATE THEIR SUFFERING (B) THE PROTECTION AND SAFEGUARDING OF THE GOOD HEALTH, BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL, AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND OF SICKNESS OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF SUCH CHILDREN, WHERE SUCH NEEDS ARISE AS A RESULT OF THEIR CARING ROLE, AND IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND MUTUAL SUPPORT FOR SUCH PERSONS (C) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC CONCERNING THE SPECIAL NEEDS OF SUCH CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
