This year has been a very stable year with no big expenditure on any buiLding work or
equipment. At the end of March 2024 we had an overall total of 27,415.58 in our building
fund, £27,814.28 in our group development and equipment fund and £606.34 in our
pack fLoats. With an overall total of £54,836.20.
This financialyear has been quite unique in so far as donations. We sadly lost a special
member of our team and funds of £9'632.43 were donated in her memory. to go towards
our building project. We were also kindly gifted £5,000 from a local masonic lodge.
These totalled £14'632.43
No gift aid was claimed for in this financialyear, as there were still outstanding
declarations. However £6'334.03 has now been claimed for.
If this was a typical year. with no added donations we would have claimed £3'851 in gift
aid and therefore increased our group development fund by £2885.40

audit nor independent examination requirements of the Charities Act 2011 apply. It is my responsibility without
carrying out an audit or independent examination to scrutinise the accounts and report to you.
Basis of scrutineer's statement
In accordance with the directions given in the Group'sl District's constitution, I have scrutinised the records and the
accounts.
