As the Group'slDistrict's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts: you consider that neither
the audit nor independent examination requirements of the Charities Act 2011 apply. It is my responsibility without
carrying out an audit or independent examination to scrutinise the accounts and to reportto you.
In accordance with the directions given in the Group'slDistrict's constitution. I have scrutinised the records and the
accounts set out in the file named 44th Nonvich Scout Group 23-24 Accounts FINAL.xlsx
In my opinion the accounts are in accordance with the records produced to me and comply with the constitution.

I report in respect of my examination of the 44th Norwich11 Old Catton) Scout Group accounts carried out under
section 145 of the 2011 Art and in carrying out my examination I have folLowed aLL the appLicable Directions given by the
Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection wtth the
examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
accounting records were not kept in respect of the 441h Norwich (1st Old Catton) Scout Group as required by
section 130 of the Act., or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention shouLd be
drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
