The appealwas launched April 2022 with the aim of raising £75000. The appeal raised £66406 during the ye8r from 31It May 2022 to 31 st May 2023. on track to raise the target. The income w88 mainly raised from 8 combination of: Indivldual donors Foundations- Valiant Trust. Benefact and Mercers Legacy Several concerts and theAuction of Promises The planned preseation work consists of several main components: Repointing both sides of the 4 large buttresses from the base to the top Repointing ofthe top quarter of the towerwalls around the belfry and the battlements and about half of the remainingwallf8ces Rep18cing many of the structural clunch stones Restoringthe stone work around the windows and towerdoor Removing and repaintingthe iron down pipes Replacing some of the towerwindows.
