The choir is established to engage with the public through as many diverse events as possible as possible The primary objective of the choir is to cultivate musical excellence through collaborative singing enhancing or creating a shared experience for both members & community Key goals fostering community, boosting well being, enhancing worship eg in religious settings, & providing a platform for skill development & creative expression The Trustees perform their role in accordance with the Charities Act & the Charities (Accounts & Reports) Regulations 2008. This guidance is considered when the choir is planning the activities for the year & any queries are brought to the committee

Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
Annual concert performed in Blaenavon to provide promote & sustain the tradition of Welsh choral singing
Participation in the Hay Festival to reach a wider audience promoting the benefits of choral singing & its cultural significance Concerts held with choirs from local schools to promote choral singing & a wider comprehension of the benefits of music to youngsters with ages ranging from 7 years to 16 Years old Gave our services to the Usk Festival that promotes music & culture
Members of the choir did a 25 mile walk raising funds for mental health charities
The choir regularly participates in giving their services for free to help local & national charitable organisations raise funds
