ACE Suffolk People First's main purpose is to support self advocates through 10 People First Groups across the county of Suffolk. Representatives from these groups are supported to participate in Locality Forums, Delivery Groups and the Learning Disability Partnership Board for Suffolk. ACE also runs Parents advocacy and the Face-to-Face Advocacy Project.ACE Also Deliver Advocacy Surgeries.
Objects: To Provide Assistance,advice,representations And Services Which Will Directly Relieve The Need Or Disability Of Persons Who Are ;Suffering From Mental Disorder (As Defined By Sec.4 Of The Mental Health Act 1959,or Any Statutory Modification Or Re-Enactment Therof In Force From Time To Time);or; Mentally Or Physically Handicapped;or Suffering Any Impairment Of Thier Mental Or Physical Faculties
