Activities

To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Walsall MBC area and in particul;ar those inhabitants who are of Bangladesh origin or descent without distinction of sex ,sexual orientation,race,political.religious or other opinions by associating together the said inhabitants and the local authorities in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare

Objects: (1) To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Metropolitan Borough Of Walsall(area Of Benefit) And In Particular Those Inhabitants Who Are Of Bangladeshi Origin Or Descent Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race, Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, By Associating Together The Said Inhabitants And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants(2) To Relieve Those Members Of The Bangladeshi Community In The Area Of Benefit Who Are In Condition Of Need, Hardship And Distress, In Particular By Provision For Such Persons Of Facilities For Their Cultural And Vocational Training And By The Provision Of Advice And Information On Questions Of Housing, Employment, Welfare Rights And Immigration And Legal Problems(3) To Advance The Islamic Religion(4) To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Centre And To Maintain And Manage The Same, Whether Alone Or In Co-Operation With Any Local Authority Or Other Person Or Body In Furtherance Of These Objects
