**Objects:** TO ENABLE WOMEN TO TAKE AN EFFECTIVE PART IN RURAL LIFE AND DEVELOPMENT.

**Activities:** We are a social and educational organisation holding monthly meetings with speakers on a great variety of topics. We encourage members to take an interest in local affairs, health and practical and leisure activities. We provide an annual bursary to help a member attend a course at W.I. Denman College. We hold walks in the area to keep the local footpaths open. We aim to be of benefit to the commu
