My examinatlOD was carrled out in aeeordance with General Direetlons given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination Ineludes
review of the aecouDtlng records kept by the organisation and a comparlson of the aeeounts presented with those records. It also
includes eonsideration of any uDusuAI Items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any
such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an aud1( and consequently I do nol
express an audit opinion on aecount&

In connection with my examination, no matter has eome to my attention:
