INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS REPORT ON THE ACCOUNTS
Report to the trusteeslmembers to INDEPENDENT CHRISTIAN WORKERS TRUST on the accounts for the year 1° APRIL 2024 set
out on pag¢s 6 to 10
Respective responsibilities of trustees 2nd examiners
The organisations trnstees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The orgAnisations trustees consider that an audit is not
required for this year (under section43 (2) of the charlties act 1993 (the act)) and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the aeeouDts(under section 43(3Xa) of the act);
Follow procedures laid down in the general Directions given by tbe Charity Commissioners (under section 43(7Mb) of the
act): and
stste whether partlcular matters have come to my attentlon
Basis of independent examiners statement
My exarniDation was Carried out in accordance with General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes
review of the accountlng records kept by the organisation and a comparison of tbe accounts presented with those records. It also
includes consideratlon of any unusual items or di$¢Jo$ur¢s in the aceounts, And seeldng explanations from the trustees coneerning any
guch matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence tbat would be required in an audit, and consequently I do nol
express an audit opinion on accounts.
Independent Examiners statement
In eonneetion with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
(l) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any materials respect the requirements:
* to keep accounting reeords in aceordanee with section 41 of the 1993 Act., and
°to prepare accounts whieh accord with the accounting records and eompty with the
accounting requirements of the Act
have not been met. or
2)
to which in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the aeeounts to be reaehed
