Achievements and Perfomiance
Throughout the year the preschool continued to provide early years education and childcare for
families within the village and surrounding area.
The year presented a number of challenges. including lower child numbers and financial
pressures which resulted in periods of closure. Despile these difficulties, Ihe preschool
remained committed to serving local families and maintsining provision for children within the
community.
The trustees and volunteers undertook fundraising activities during Ihe year to help support the
financial position of the preschool. The support received from families, local residents and the
wider communily was greally appreciated.
Financial Review
The charity faced financial challenges during Ihe year due to reduced income levels and
ongoing operating costs. Trustees closely monitored expenditure and worked to ensure that the
preschool remained financially sustainable.

Fundraising activities contributed addilional income and will conlinue to play an important role in
supporting Ihe charity's work. Funds raised are used to support the running of the preschool and
to provide resources, equipment and learning opportunities for the children.
Plans for tha Futuro
The trustees remain committed to securing the long-term future of the preschool. Fundraising
will conlinue to be a key focus during Ihe coming year, alongside promotional activilies and
community open days aimed al increasing awareness of the preschool and encouraging new
registrations.
The village is currently experiencing housing growth, with new housing developments being built
in the area. Trustees are hopeful that this will lead to an increase in the number of local families
and children accessing the preschool in future years.
