|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|15 children were registered at beginning of<br>the Autumn term 2020. This equates to<br>34% capacity. Summer term 2020, 22<br>children were registered which equates to<br>over 58%. Following the uncertainty caused<br>by the pandemic, numbers are still looking<br>healthy.<br>After a difficult winter owing to restrictions<br>put in place as a result of the pandemic, we<br>were delighted to still be able to run our<br>Leavers’ Picnic at the end of the Summer<br>Term and the Village Easter Egg Trail<br>which raised £900.<br>**Staff and Professional Development**<br>•<br>Emphasis on training and<br>professional development last year<br>•<br>Staff training: all staff completed<br>paediatric first aid training. Other<br>training opportunities included food<br>hygiene training, maths training and<br>safeguarding training<br>•<br>Committee members all undertook<br>Prevent training<br>•<br>The Pre School said goodbye to<br>one senior member of staff at the<br>end of the Summer term and<br>welcomed a new member to the<br>staff team as Deputy Pre-School<br>Leader|
