**Objects:** FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES OF YAPTON AND FORD IN THE COUNTY OF WEST SUSSEX WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Yapton and Ford Village Hall Trustees are responsible for the running, upkeep and maintenance of Yapton and Ford Village Hall, situated in the heart of Yapton village.  There are two halls for hire within the building, and also a club room, bar and kitchens.  The hall is used by a wide range of community groups covering all age ranges.
