**Objects:** TO PROMOTE ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: THE PREVENTION OF, THE TREATMENT OF, OR THE RECOVERY FROM DRUG, HIV OR ALCOHOL RELATED PROBLEMS BY THE PROVISION OF ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: ADVICE, INFORMATION, TREATMENT, COUNSELLING AND SUPPORTED LEARNING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.

**Activities:** Provision of information, advice, counselling and treatment for people who are concerned about substance use, either their own or that of a family member. The project consists of adult services (drug) and young people's services (drug & alcohol for young people) which operate from two different sites. The service is free to the people of the borough of Dudley in the West Midlands.
