The promotion of vocational training for the benefit of the Thames Valley community
Objects: (1) Relieve Poverty Amongst Unemployed Persons By Assisting Them To Find Employment And By Training And Retraining Them For Employment. (2) Assist Young Persons Who Are In Need Of Assistance And Who Are Preparing For, Entering Upon, Or Engaged In Any Profession, Craft, Trade Or Occupation By Providing Them With Training And Advice And Opportunities To Obtain Work Experience And To Acquire Outfits, Tools, Books And Other Equipment And Assistance For Their Advancement In Life To Enable Them To Earn A Living. (3) Promote And Provide Vocational Education And Training And Retraining Of The Public For The Benefit Of The Community In And Around The Thames Valley.
