Sources of<br>income included donations from parents<br>and benefactors, sponsorship of Friends’<br>events by local businesses, proceeds from<br>events in cash, from Sum-up card readers<br>and via the People’s fundraising online<br>platform.<br>Events throughout the year included a<br>bake sale early in the Autumn Term, a book<br>sale, seven presents sale, Winter Fair and<br>Christmas hampers.<br>Spring term events included a school disco<br>and Easter event. In Summer, there was a<br>major fair with various attractions for the<br>children, tombola, barbeque and a wide<br>range of refreshments on offer. Other<br>sources of income were some generous<br>one-off donations and parents making<br>donations to match funding raised by<br>events or through their employers’<br>schemes.<br>The Society’s Gold CAF Account paid £351<br>in interest.<br>During the year, the Society made grants<br>totalling £28,255 to Christ Church Primary<br>School, Hampstead, the Society’s main<br>beneficiary. These funds are applied by the<br>School to support extra-curricular activities<br>such as music and art, drama, sports and<br>cultural trips for the benefit of the<br>children’s wider education or the purchase<br>of aids to learning such as computer<br>tablets and musical instruments.|
