## **Ac�vi�es** 

The Scout Group closed in September 2022 due to a shortage of adult leaders 

Uxbridge Scout District took over the opera�on of the groups premises and con�nues to operate them for the benefit of the local community. 

Accounts were prepared at the point of closure and they are presented on the Charity Commission website. Accounts for the la�er part of the year are included in the Uxbridge & District accounts. 

Monies held by the group will be transferred to the local Scout District in 2023 24 and held as designated funds
