We have had a very successful year raising funds to distribute to Local Charities and some UK Charities,
and Local Organizations. We raised these fund's from, our Annual Father Christma5 Sleigh going out
around the local area. Our Christmas Market in Manningtree Town Center, our Annual Mayflower Run &
Walk in September Also, a resident was getting Married and asked her guests to send Donation to us,
which we then passed onto RIBI Polio fund, as the Resident had Polio as a child. We have a few other
small fund-raising events, any funds from these we use if we receive an request for funds.
We distribute any funds if for a particular fundraising event, within a month of them being raised. Our
Main Fundraising events we distribute in January. We try to ensure that at our Year End we have
distributed all money received, expect where the event covers two financial years, and those funds will
be distributed once in January.
