Promote for the benefit of Minority Communities of Wirral without any distinction a common interest to advance education, provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation, improving conditions of life for the inhabitants by reason of social ethnic health and ecconomic circumstances. Promote social inclusion and establish a centre for purpose and access of services
Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Wirral And The Neighbourhood By Associating The Said Inhabitants And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Life For The Said Inhabitants Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Social Ethnic Or Economic Circumstances
