The Student Memorial Trust assists former and current learners of Harlow College who have progressed to Higher Education with bursaries. The bursaries are aimed at those who are in financial and personal hardship.
Objects: The Advancement Of Education By The Provision Of Financial Assistance To Students Of All Age Groups Who Are Resident Within The Administrative Area Served By Harlow District Council Who Are Either Enrolled Or Have Been Offered A Place On An Approved Course Or Programme Of Study At Harlow College Who Could Otherwise Be Denied An Opportunity Of Participating In Further Education Or Training Because Of Their Financial Or Personal Circumstances
