**Objects:** A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF HOLLAND-ON-SEA AND NEIGHBOURHOOD IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR SOCIAL WELFARE AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION AND TO IMPROVE THIER CONDITION OF LIFE B) TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME IN FURTHERANCE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED OBJECTS

**Activities:** Maintain and manage the Holland Public Hall, enabling many diverse community groups to use the resources.  Providing a safe and pleasant environment with full Disabled access.  Ensuring all Health & Safety regulations and COVID 19 regulations are followed.  Providing a valuable resource to the community of CO15 in accordance with our constitution.
