Activities

CIST is active within Primary and Secondary schools in the Stockport area by providing a service that includes R.E. lessons, assemblies and projects to support the school curriculum in the teaching of Christianity. CIST also aims to partner with Christian Communities in providing opportunities for children and young people to explore the Christian faith

Objects: 2. The purpose of the Trust shall be the advancement of the Christian religion as follows:a) The furtherance of the Christian Gospel, and the teaching of the Christian Faith in schools throughout the Stockport area and elsewhere.b) The organisation, sponsorship and promotion of Inter-denominational Christian work throughout the Stockport area and elsewhere the object of which shall be to present to children and young people the Christian Faith by all possible means.
