This has arlsen as a result of a respertable increase in income. lar8ely attributable to Govèrnment changes to chlldcare fundin& increasing demand, together of mlndful and con51derate control of expenditure. Cash held at the end of the financial period was £254,669 compared to £228,772 at the end of 2023124. The charity is well placed flnancially Bolng fotv4ard into the 2025126 year. However, the committee continues to be mindful of the challenges faclng the charlty 801ng forward wlth further Increases In staff costs to meet demand. together wlth anticipated overall cost Increase5 in the current economK climate. To that end. funds have been set aslde to ensure the charlty can continue to operate under challen8in8 clrcumstances. The charfty also contlnues to invest in resources for the day to day leaming and play, together with improvln8 the preschool settin8 wlth purchases of replacement furnlshln8S. furniture and play equipmeni. Replacement of the fenang was completed during the year at a cost of £4,067.
