**Objects:** FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE STUDY OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

**Activities:** Our library, The Blessing Library is under construction in Buguma. Expected to be completed and opened to the public in 2010. Our activities is the provision of high quality books to primary schools in the area, also secondary schools and other higher institutions. A children's section will be opened when the library is opened to the general public for free use.The library is now open.
