Duringthe year, the PTA organised 8 range of fundraisinE and commLtnity events including
Halloween Disco IOctobei)-A school disco feaiuringfancy dress costumes and entertainmentfroffl a
live DJ. providing an enjoyable social event for pupils.

hampers. with raffle tickets sold to raise funds and offerfamilies the opportunityto win a hamper.
Easter Hampers {Aprill- Easter hamper donations were gathered from the school community, with

Plenle & Pinks Fundraising Event at Chilworth Manor121 Junel-The PTA was selected as ong ofthr9e
charities to benefit from the annual fundraising event hosted at Chilworth Manor. receiving a £20.000
donalion. In support of the event. approximately 20 PTA volunteers assisted with event logistics,
including parking management and ticket checknng.
Cake SèlÈs - A nurnb8r of cake sales were held throughout the year. supported by donations from
schoolfamilies and organised after School to contribute towards ongoing PTAfundraisingactivriies.

Income

Tax Reclalms on Donatlons and Gifts
Glft Aid receivable is included in income when there is a valid dect8r81ion from th8 donor Ènd the gift aid
income has been received. Anygift aid amount recovered on a donation is considered to be part ofthat gift and
is treated as an addition to the same fund as the initial donation unl8&8 the donor or the terms of the gppeal
have specified otherwise.
