Attending: Carol Price (CP), David Lucking (DL), Ed Drake (ED), Morwenna Rogers (MR), Carl Wholey (CW), Claire Gilliver CG), Niki Jones (NJ), Sarah Comont Thomas (SCT), John Stevens (JS), Edna Beasley (EB) 3. Minutes of the last AGM – 21[st] November 2022 Accepted 4. Chairman’s report. Carl Wholey (CW) says thank you for the people who come out to do the meetings and for sorting the hall out. Agreed with the points DL has said below with regard to succession planning and that we are a successful hall financially. The field looks good, Dee’s garden looks great. The Playground is an asset and he sees the community using this 5. Treasurer’s report – See attached. DL draw our attention to that we are £5,000 ahead of 2021/2022 6. Election of the Management Committee (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary) All management committee members stood down. Re-election as follows: **Chairman:** Carl Wholey. Nominated by DL & seconded by MR **Vice Chairman:** Ed Drake. Nominated by MR & seconded by SCT **Treasurer:** David Lucking. DL asked if we could consider succession planning for roles in particular the role of Treasurer. Morwenna suggested that we could look at job descriptions for each of the roles.
