The Trustees. who are also Directors of the Charity for the purposes of the Companies Act
present their r8port arKJ finanaal statements of the tharity for yèar 8nded 31 August
2025.
The Trustees have adopted Ihe provisions of the Statement of Recommended Practic
(SORP) Accounting and Reporting by Charibes. issued in October 2000 in preparing the
annual report and financial statements of t￿ Charity.
CONSTITUTION
The Charity is constituted as a company limited by guarantee and 1$ therefore
governed by a Memorandum and Artscles of Assouation.
OBJECTIVES
Th8 principal of the Chanty is of the provision of fa¢ilrties to adva￿8 public education in
Chinese culture. Chinese MarKlarin language and Iraditions. T1￿ Charity provides language
classes for children and adults as well as organising special Chinese cultural events. It is
intended to continue to provid8 dasses armj relat￿1 events and the Charity has sufficient
funds for this purpose.
