The receipts this year were £44,295 (2022  £34,638) including gift aid tax repayments of £2,944 (2022 £6,665) 

After making donations totalling £53,552 (2022 £33,907) the balance on the fund is £3,108 (2022 £12,508)

The Trust Fund holds a cash reserve of £1,000 to meet contingencies such as disaster appeals, a cash reserve of  £438 for Environment Projects, and a cash reserve of £1,206 as the balance of the donation from ARM Ltd. 

It does not hold any other reserves, except where funds have not been fully expended in the year and are carried forward and available in the next period, or are held pending payment to a specific cause at a later date, or for which further donations are expected

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **DD / MM / YYYY** . 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
