Financialrisks such as liquidityrisk arises due to seasonalpaymentsof fee income. School fees are either paid annually

basis.Nurseryfeesarepaidmonthlyinadvance.Thisriskismanagedbycarefullycontrollingexpensesand, if
required,the use of shortterm borrowingswhichare usedto meet dayto dayobligationsas andwhenrequired. The
Trustalsodealswithcreditriskbyensuringthattradedebtorsarereviewedregularlyandchasedaccordingly to
ensure debts do not turn bad.
