I report to the trUSt￿S on my examination of the accounts of the above
chartty ("the Trusf) for the year ended 3110312025.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the Gharity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance WTth the requirements of the Chartties Act 2011
{Ihe Actl.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying OLrt my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charty ComMiss￿n
under section 145(5)(b) of the Acl.
Independent I have compteted my examination. I confirm that no materiaf matters have
examinerfs statsment come to my attention in connection wtth the examination which grtsres me
cause to believe that in, any material respect
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the CharTties Act. or
the accounts dÈd not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply wtth the applicable requirements
conceming the form and corrtent of accounts set out in the Charttkes
(Accounts and ReEx)rts) Regulations 2008 other than any requtrement
that the accounts give a Irue and fairf view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
wtth the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
orderto enable a proper understsnding of the accounts to be reached.
