**Objects:** The Objects of the Charity are to support and promote the interests of persons who are blind, have sight loss or other sensory impairment, or persons with a learning disability or other mental or physical impairments, and require accommodation, care and support to improve the quality of life of those persons.

**Activities:** Provision of twenty four hour care and support to adults with profound multiple disabilities [including learning disability, physical disability, sensory loss, acquired brain injury] in a variety of residential and domiciliary settings.
