Objects: The Provision And Maintenance Of A Youth And Community Centre Firstly To Help And Educate Young People Through Their Recreation Or Leisure Time Activity So To Develop Their Physical Mental And Spiritual Capacities That They May Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And As Members Of Society And That Their Conditions Of Life May Be Improved And Secondly To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Parish Of Conisbrough And The Neigbourhood Without Distinction Of Sex Or Of Political Religious Or Other Opinions By The Advancement Of Education And The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants In Particular Those Inhabitants Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Social And Economic Circumstances And Are Unable To Gain Employment Provided That Such Centre Shall Not Be Used For The Purpose Secondly Detailed Above To The Detriment Of That Firstly So Detailed.
