**Objects:** TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR THE POOR AND AGED AND TO PROMOTE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF ST MICHAELS COVENTRY BY ASSOCIATIING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMOM EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS

Center predominantly acts to support those in need - recent activities include food bank donations across Coventry, Easter collection to support the Coventry Salvation Army, and the hiring of out hall to support community needs, such as seminars and private functions.
