The committee are the trustees for the Pre-school.
The AGM was held on 11[th] October 2021 at 7pm in the pre-school room.
A new chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer were elected and the committee was formed with new and existing members.
The constitution was circulated and adopted.
The accounts show a deficit due to increased running and staffing costs and lower numbers than prepandemic levels.
The pre-school were inspected by Ofsted on 22[nd] March 2022 and received a Good rating.

Responslbllltles and basis of report As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (Yhe ACVI. I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5){b} of the Act.
