I report in rèspect of my examination of th8 Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions givèn by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities

I have no con¢ems and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination lo which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounls to be reached.

Annual report of Dunster Pre-School Committee 2019/20. Charity number 1016823
The committee are the trustees for the Pre-school.
The AGM was held virtually in October 2020. The chair, Secretary and treasurer were reelected and the majority of the committee agreed to stay on until such times that the number of families on roll for pre-school had increased.
The accounts show a deficit due to the Coronavirus pandemic and the country going into full Lockdown at the end of March 2020. Despite our EYE funding grant remaining in place we were down considerably due to private fees being lost and summer children delaying start up. As a provider we were able to apply for a £10k grant from our Local Authority to cover some loses, we were unable to furlough any staff due to mainly having funded children in the Spring term. Children that would normally have started in the summer term were held back due to the lockdown and pre-school temporary closure.
We opened again in June 2020 with extremely limited numbers, due to parents being cautious.
Fundraising efforts were halted, and the pre-school incurred extra costs for PPE and cleaning as well as printing and delivering resources to families etc.
